Group Florence Nightingale

Guven Hospital

TOBB ETU Hospital
TOBB ETU Hospital opened its doors in 2005 and earned its JCI accreditation in 2006. Most of the hospital's 100 physicians and surgeons and 64 full-time staff members speak English; other languages spoken include Arabic, French, and German. This 100-bed facility is best known for cardiology and cardiovascular surgery, cataract surgery, colorectal surgery, neurosurgery (including spinal surgery and procedures for epilepsy and Parkinson's disease), and orthopedics. The procedures most frequently performed at Mesa are cataract removal, coronary angioplasty, and spinal surgery. The hospital treats 1,500 international patients annually, some 800 of them from the US and Canada.
Yeditepe University Hospital
Yeditepe University Hospital opened in 2005 and received JCI accreditation in 2007. This 170-bed hospital serves about 1,000 international patients annually. Its facilities include eight operating rooms, a general intensive care unit, and specialized intensive care units for newborns as well as cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, and coronary patients. Yeditepe employs more than 156 physicians and surgeons and more than 800 additional full-time staff members, and maintains international academic collaborations in the US with the Cleveland Clinic (Ohio), the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center (Houston), and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (New York).
